Biography
My name is Marta and I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training this year, but my journey with yoga began several years ago. At first, I started yoga mainly as a way to support my active lifestyle and improve flexibility. Over time, I discovered that yoga offers much more- it became a powerful tool for self-regulation, calmness, and restoring inner balance.
My practice is mainly Hatha yoga- a slow, calming, and grounding style. I focus on breathing and correct body alignment while doing the asanas. I believe that connecting with the breath and body helps release tension and feel peaceful.
In my approach, I pay special attention to the challenges many people face today due to long hours spent at a desk or using digital devices—such as neck stiffness, rounded shoulders, and tight hips. My classes aim to bring awareness to posture, release muscular tension, and gently restore balance through stretching and mindful movement.
In the future, I would like to offer individual and online sessions, and continue expanding my knowledge by exploring other yoga styles and therapeutic approaches. For me, yoga is a journey to awareness, balance, and inner peace.
